When you'll hear back

Usually the same day. Always within one business day, Monday through Friday. If it's been longer than that, something broke on our end — send it again and it'll get through.

Why there's no form

Forms are where questions go to wait. Yours goes straight to a person who can do something about it.

Bugs and feature requests

Something broken, slow, or confusing — or a feature you wish existed? Send it to the same address and it goes straight to the people who build this. If the site or the product didn't make sense to you, that's the most useful email we get.
